Currently shipping rates are based on product "weight". A workaround to do the above would be to key in the product weight field the same amount as the price. On your shipping method you would then need to define two tiers:
0 to 75 = flat rate
75 and higher = 0

PS: Best to post your questions in our <a href="http://forums.zingiri.com" rel="nofollow">forums</a>

Hello
I have been trying to add flat rate shipping in Zingiri 1.4.1 for a custom shipping service, eg Australia Post, and not the Dutch-sounding options that come installed.
I have managed to stop the installed options appearing but now I cannot see my custom made option.
Is there a way to do the following:
Add custom shipping service
Set the rates (preferably flat rate for sales less that $75 and free shipping thereafter)
I have a number of clients looking to install this and make donations so I am keen to get these questions answered.
Many thanks
Steve

For help on using PHPlist, you will most likely get quicker answers on their forums (http://forums.phplist.com/). And for your particular question, there is some info here: http://docs.phplist.com/SetupCronJob.
