Greetings from a very busy Zingiri HQ! We’ve been indulging in a spot of spring cleaning here in the UK, ensuring all of our software is running smoothly and ready for some fantastic new additional features!

One of our most popular apps, Bookings, is preparing for yet another major update! We’re looking to release Bookings v.3 which will include the option to book predefined/set dates, like classes, tours events, etc.

As always, we encourage you to share your feedback with us and drop us a message with any features or add-ons that you would like to see in the near future!

Also, please be aware that we have recently updated our Form Builder Pro software! Pro users can now reap the benefits of our new export to CSV/Excel functionality. At Zingiri, we pride ourselves on producing software that is designed to make yours and your users’ lives that little bit easier!

Watch this space for another update later this week! Guest blogger Erik will be sharing his thoughts on the ever troublesome Google Chrome!

Firstly, please be aware that we are currently running a St Paddy’s Day Promotion! We are offering a one time discount of 17%. Simply ‘Like’ our Facebook page to access our special discount codes! This offer will run until March 17th.

In other news, Form Builder Version 2 has been released as promised! So far, so good and no complaints! Version 2 offers greater usability including a price calculator and support for PayPal.

We have also released a new WordPress plugin called ‘Blog to PDF’. This plugin allows you to turn any section of your blog into a downloadable PDF. We will be releasing a Pro version within the next few days, you can expect added features including a table of contents and pagination.

Hey Everyone!

For those of you who aren’t following us on Twitter or Facebook, here’s a short summary of the latest Zingiri news and updates!

Firstly, some new releases are coming soon. Bookings 2.1 is headed your way! This new version will include predefined date bookings, very useful for those of you who offer events, tours or activities that only occur on certain dates.

Furthermore, look out for our Form Builder version 2. This version will include a price calculator and support for PayPal. Additional payment gateways will follow soon after.

In other Bookings news, please be aware that we have updated our documentation. You can download our Bookings Manual version 2.0.5 here: http://go.zingiri.com/dl.php?type=d&id=29.

We have also released Bookings version 2 on Joomla! This version has the same features as our WordPress plugin and you can download it here: http://go.zingiri.com/downloads.php.

Lastly, do check out our latest product called ‘Image Paste‘. It allows you to simply paste an image from your desktop into a WordPress page or post. This saves you from having to upload the image first and then adding it to your page or post. The plugin does all that for you and all you have to do is to click Control-V.

Good afternoon all!

Just checking in to fill you in on the latest Zingiri news and updates!

New customers please be aware that we are running a special Chinese New Year promotion! For the fifteen days of CNY, we are offering a one time 15% discount on our software! Simply ‘Like’ our Facebook page to access the discount code! The offer ends Monday 25th February.

Bookings users, you may have noticed a few minor enhancements such as the option to autoscroll the page to the bookings section, improved support for multiple [bookings] short code on a page and support for WordPress 3.5.1

Furthermore, our opt-out WHMCS addon has been updated to address cases where the default ‘admin’ administrator is not set up on the system. Opt-out relies on this admin user for encrypting the opt-out link.

Lastly, WHMCS Bridge and WHMCS Bridge Pro have been updated to improve configurations using permalinks and/or secure (SSL) set up.

Hope you’re all having a great start to 2013!

Just to fill you in on the latest happenings at Zingiri, here’s a rundown of our latest news, releases and updates.

Firstly, Bookings Version 2 is up and running! Noteworthy features include SMS notifications, new calender views and styles for both the administrator and customer, as well as new templates.

Bookings Pro and Expert now include an option to display available dates only in the front-end calendars, thus blacking out any unavailable dates. This makes it easier for your customers to identify the dates that they can book your services or products.

Furthermore, Bookings Expert now provides up to three customizable registration forms. This allows you to capture different customer details depending on the service or product you are selling. This is ideal for those of you running multiple lines of business.

In other news, we’ve just launched a new WHMCS addon called ‘Product Images’. This addon allows you to easily add product images to your WHMCS products. You can download it here on a trial basis until the end of January!

We are constantly working on improving our products so please do write in with your feedback, suggestions and requests!

Some of our WordPress plugins and WHMCS addons contained an old license file with an expiry date set to the 30th of December 2012. We sent out an alert about this a few days ago but it seems not everyone has received the alert. If you encounter a problem that reads something like:

The encoded file … requires a license file.
The license file … has expired. in Unknown on line 0

you will need to upgrade to our latest versions:

• Backup & Restore: v1.2.0 (http://go.zingiri.com/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=1)
• WordPress Provisioning: v1.3.8 (http://go.zingiri.com/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=1)
• Facebook Promotions: v1.0.5 (http://go.zingiri.com/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=1)

Just checking in and letting you know what’s going on at Zingiri HQ!

Currently we’re hard at work on further improving Bookings for the New Year!  We’re adding some cool new features that will allow for even greater usability and options.

Bookings Version 2 will primarily focus on customization at the front end so that you have more control over the look and feel of your calendar and Bookings display.

We’ll also be providing alternative templates to work with. Notably, there will be the addition of a ‘hotel2’ template as per some of your requests.

Finally, we’re considering offering SMS reminders as an additional subscription option. We’d love to hear your thoughts on the matter!

Check out our latest, new and improved version of Bookings!

We’ve added two new features to make your Bookings experience all the more fulfilling!

You can now add accessories to your reservations and make use of tiered pricing.

Accessories might mean renting out an additional item or including an additional service.  Your accessories can be priced separately to the main reservation and you are able to manage the stock of accessories.

Our latest tiered pricing feature allows you to tier prices for resources, products/services and accessories.

Have a look at our updated documentation should you require any more info about setting up and using our latest features. Chapter 5 explains both Accessories and Pricing.

WHMCS Bridge version 2.0.1 has now been released. The main new feature of this version is the added control in terms of user synchronisation between WordPress and WHMCS users. It is now possible to turn the sync on and off and it’s also possible to define in which way the users are synced, including the option to sync WordPress users to WHMCS.

This takes the integration between both systems even further, providing a seamless experience to your customers.
