Release 0.9.14a fixes installation issues

Release 0.9.14a has been released today. It fixes installation issues encountered when installing in directory plugins/zingiri-web-shop. Previous versions are expecting the files to be installed in directory plugins/zingiri_webshop. This is now fixed!
